At Blue Note Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original mailer or equivalent protective packaging, ensuring all original inserts and media are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
